• To avoid errors we recommend that you place your orders through our website.  If you can't find what you are looking for you may contact us via email or by phone 631-682-9858.

Special Orders

• If you require a special size or can’t find what you are looking for we would be happy to create a custom piece. Contact Us at jillery@optonline.net. All special orders must be pre-paid and are final sale.

Shipping

• All jewelry of our jewelry is hand-made; most orders will ship in 5 business days. If any reason we can’t ship your order you will be notified via email with an approximate delivery date. In cases where time is essential please specify when your order is placed.
• First Class Mail $5.00
• Express Mail $20.00

Payment

• We accept Master Card, Visa, Money Orders & Personal Checks.

Sales Tax

• Sales tax of 8.625% applies to all New York State residents.

Returns/Exchanges

• You have 30 days from date of receipt to return or exchange an item for a Jillary credit. You must contact us for an RA# to ensure proper processing.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates are available in any amount.
