Special Orders

• All special orders are FINAL SALE and must be prepaid in full.

Repairs

• We will repair any piece of Jillary within 30 days from date of sales receipt. There will be an additional charge for shipping & missing pieces.
• We offer repairs, restringing & clasp replacement at an additional cost.

• All special orders
• Repairs after 30 days from date of sales receipt
• Resizing or clasp change
• Shipping costs

Claims

• Claims need to be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
• No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
